Tomball United Methodist Church, Tomball, Texas, was the 6 p.m. Oct. 9 setting for the wedding of Erin Peltier and Brian King, Houston, Texas. The Rev. Tommy Lyles performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Arthur and Susan Peltier, Tomball. The groom is the son of Tom and Deanna King, Iola.
Grandparents attending the wedding were Edith Grantham, Dayton, Texas, and Dona Erbert, Iola.
The bride wore her mother’s wedding gown and carried a bouquet of white roses.
Amy Locke, Houston, served as maid of honor, and Julie Brooks, Katy, Texas, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Shelly Skrehot, Houston, cousin of the bride, and Jennifer Maupin, Fresno, Texas. The attendants wore gray dresses and carried bouquets of purple and deep pink flowers.
Attending his brother as best man was Steve King, Wichita. Groomsmen were Jesse Newton, Cleveland, Ohio, Peter Kelley, Los Angels, Calif., and Shawn Sparks, Lawrence.
Following a honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii, the couple are at home in Houston.
Mrs. King is a sales and marketing representative. Mr. King is a petroleum engineer for Exxon Mobil.
